Dear All,

Please confirm whether registration of simple mortgage by depositing title deed?

If yes, please clarify the effect of non-registration as in several cases bank do not registers the mortgage deed or the documnent by which securitize their recivables against loan.

Kindly, explain the process how bank securitize the loan amount.

Registered Mortgage need to be registered and mortgage by deposit of title deed need not to be registered legally.

Bank confirm that the title is free from encumbrances.
