Misuse of power of attorney

I have a registered Power of Attorney. As a Director i have given power to 4 employees of me. In future, if any one of them misuses the said POA, then what is the ultimate legal remedy for me ? Is it Criminal Breach of Trust ?

academic query . no one has misused POA as on date . you can give specific power of attorney if you so desire

POA can be revoked.

There are two ways - if you do not trust, and still you require to give some powers, specific power of attorney is the remedy. If you lost confidence, you revoke the POA.
