Sirs,
My father sold a property when i was 15 age, my father was the guardian for total 1.25 acre, from this 55 cents sold via court order and 23 cents given as road without any sale deed or court order also no payment received for this, rest is in my control now, the question is, shall i have right on this 23 cents given as road, also now can i insist rate for this 23 cents from buyer?

is the said road is transferred as Gift. then it can be questioned.

The Land given to Road is - By Land Acquisition - you will be having rights to claim compensation Under Land Acquisition Act !

If the land is acquired by the State for construction of road, it cannot be said that the land is given to the State.

For getting the plan approval the land owner has to give the road area to the local authority. For this you can not get compensation or price. It is part of the plan approval.
You can not claim price from the buyer. It is no more your property.
