Microtek sinewave inverter making lot of noise

Hi,
I bought a sinewave inverter of Microtek company 1 week back. It has been making a lot of humming noise (in both charging and stable mode) which becomes unbearable if I stand even somewhere near to the inverter.
On complaining about the problem, the technician which came says that the sinewave inverter makes this much on noise and its normal. On the contrary I have seen that the same Microtek sinewave inverters installed at my relatives homes doesnot make even the slightest noise.
Please advice what should I do. As the company service center is not willing to either change or repair the inverter.

check db at both places, and report this noise level, demanding to repair/ replace the inverter.

Should compare noise level in identical surrounding.
Ask Professional to do so, and get report.
Then if the co, do not replace or repair, file cc in forum

You should immediately lodge a written complaint with the service centre of the company and if the replacement is not made within a month time, file a consumer complaint.
