There is no any constructed flat in the building. Also there is no permission for additional flat construction due to non availability of FSI. In such case, can there be original member in CHS for future likely to be constructed flat in CHS?
This discussion explores the possibility of original membership in a Cooperative Housing Society (CHS) when there are no existing flats and no permission for new construction due to FSI limitations. The author is seeking clarification on whether future flat entitlement can be a basis for original membership under these circumstances. The response highlights the need for complete and clear facts to provide a definitive opinion.
