There is a garage in the society and member of that garage had applied for membership of the society being an owner of said garage.

However, society denied to accept the application as the garage is not shown in the approved plan.

So whether the society is right on their part if yes what is the legal provisions.

does the garage owner also have flat in the society?

No garage owner does not have flat in the said society.

As I know garage can be given only to flat owners.

Can you help me for any G.R and provision related to that.
