I was married 11 months ago.Before marriage my husband has seen me, meet me and we were also gone to the maket. After marriage he said that he dont like me. He even do not talk to me..There is no husband wife relationship yet between us...What should I do now.What legal and social remedy is available to me. I have come to my parents since 2 months and living with them. under DV what remedy will be given.can i claim for compensation

better option for you is to file complaint under DV Act

You have many options at the same time. Starting from monthly maintenance, you have right to shared household by filing petition under section 125 Criminal Procedure Act, DV Act and criminal case under section 498A of IPC.
If you want to reunite then file petition under section 9 of HMA otherwise after one month more, file for divorce on this single ground.

Alwys try to solve this matrimonial problem amicably.
When all recourse is explored then go to court where you can pray for divorce, monthly maintenance, one time compensation , provision for accommodation etc.
