You can seek judicial separation under section 10 of Hindu Marriage Act from family court and it is very easy if your grounds for separation are put before court.

Personally I think the grounds mentioned by you in your query do not constitute any valid ground for separation or divorce. You have married with your husband and not with his parents so it is not suppression of facts if their physical or mental health was not disclosed to you prior to marriage. Otherwise also, they are your parents also after marriage so it is good to serve them in their old age and get the mercy of God. Imagine if your children also do the similar treatment to you in you old age then how shall you feel adn react?

good piece of advice Mr.Raj.

further,i suggest you to consult a professional marriage counsellor,so that you can comeout of the imotional trauma.
