Map in muncipal corporation

Hi dear expert. i have purchased a constructed property in 2011, that property was constructed in 1990. after purchasing that property i came to know that the MAP of the house has been lost and there is no records in corporation as the record is very old. what i do.

GET NEW MAP PREPARED FROM REGISTERED GOVT.APPROVED ARCHITECT.

Take copy of approved map and sanction letter from the seller and use that for further reference.

There is no hard and fast requirement to retain that map if you do possess all other relevant documents pertaining to that property.

dear R.K. Nanda - all the document related to previous approval has been lost in flood in 2005. is there is any remedy to obtain

The as said now property OWNER.

You have to go along with the last owner and re add papers. To insure trust is there between both parties.
Otherwise you will keep on attempt and walk
on wrong path.
Spend some money and make last owner comfortable to go along to various offices for the work to be done.
Otherwise the property is wrong.
