Order of district judge is amenable to challenge before the high court. 'if there is any forgery committed then you can file petition u/s 340 crpc in the same court.

U mean to say that she produced a fake appointment letter at the time of marriage. When the letter itself was fake how could tell the court that she was a govt employee.U were misled in filing 13A.

U should filed 340 crpc,mentioning section 195.
