Both spouses are working at high posts and they are in litigation and who is entitled to get maintenance? Throw some light in this aspect?

Maintenance to meet out their personal expenditures only. If both of them are highly placed no body can claim maintenance.

If any one of them is having the child with them they can claim maintenance for the child.

When both have got independent income then both are not entittled to claim the maintenance.

Yes, but if there is grat disparty between their income then such person having lesser income can pray for mantenance u0s 125 crpc.

since both are High posts so there seems to be no disparity only numerical diff may just be there. Hence, none of them is eligible for maintenance for his / her self.
