Hello sir . i am atul. i have borrow a personal lian of RS. 1.5 lac. For 3 years. The total payable amount was 1.94lac. But after 13 EMI i m job less and not able to pay this EMI. Since last 7 months. Now got msny calls from the bankers they said that the totel amount is 1.2 lac. So will have to pay. When i ask for settlement the he said that i will have to pay RS. 60 k.
But yesterday 4 people came to my home and force to me and my father to pay the whole money in one or 3 Emi. My father is retired and financially sound. His salery is not sufficient for the family as i m jobless. When ask that i got a call for settlement .they said that they dont know abt that call and settlement. If i will not pay the amount then they will issue my arrest warrant. I m not able to think anything. I m in a very worst situation. I m merried and have one kid. Please help me out .how i will settle this loan.
I was working in hdfc bank in delhi and borrowed that loan from hdfc.
But now i m job less and living wuth my parents. I live in bijnor. But mention the location barrely coz the software was not showing this city.

Hi,
You need not worry, Complaint to your SHO against the persons who came to your home .If you have to pay the loan amount the Bank should follow the legal procedure to recover the same through legal notice and filing civil case. For more paid legal guidance visit www.mkatruelaw.com

Thanks for you reply. But i got 3 notice at my home in 7 months. Oncei talk to the notice ppeople that give me some time i m job less. So they said that they will not give me any time pay it at any cost. By hook or by cook.

What should i mention in notice reply and what will happen in court procedure. I m worried. Coz we belongs to a middle class family. And
We dont want to go court n all that.

Engage a local lawyer and proceed to reply the notice. the recovery team if misbehaved to your father, he should lodge police complaint against them.

Plz tell me that should i go fir settlement. Or for legal way. And what is the ratio for loan settlement. Coz i have principal amt of 1.2 lac and they are sticking on 80 k. Which is very huge amt for an unemployed person. I have told them to settled in 30 k or 40 k. But they are not agery.
I m getting their call after every 30 minutes. They are asking me that tell them what to do. Are you paying the amount or we will go for legal way. I just want to close this chepter.plz rrply asap.

Without getting settlement offer from them in writing, do not move forward. If they agree for 80,000 in writing accept the proposal.

Plz tell me one more thing . if i payed the amount or after settlement. Whatever will be my pan card or cibil conduction. It effect to my career. If in future i get any govt job then i will have to update my pan number. So it will give a negative impression. Or it will create a problem to get a govt job.
