Llb correspondence/evening

To All

Sir,
Since AIBE has been introduced for practice then why BCI does not allow LLB by Correspondence/evening class?
as "Ignorance is law is no excuse" then for the above case PIL may be maintainable or not? or who can put? only lawyer or common man?

PIL not maintainable.
If you want to learn law, you can purchase books and read the provisions. The books are available for every one for a certain cost without any restriction as to lawyer or not.

PIL may be maintainable. You are perhps interested to protect right to freeedom profession of large no of persons.
