You came to know in Last November.

Agitate accordingly.

Kumar Doab (Expert) 17 January 2017
The WILL is not acted upon just like that.

Usually the authority under whose jurisdiction property falls has a prescribed procedure and may ask for NOC from all legal heirs, certified copy of the WILL, death certificate, legal heir certificate and to release advt in newspapers................before transferring ownership on strength of WILL.

How the WILL was acted upon?

Thank you very much Mr. kumar Doab for your response to my query.

Could you kindly give me the details of the book/rule book in which will implementation procedure by the revenue department is mentioned, so that i can proceed for a suitable action.

I request you for your earliest response.

you can challenge the will within 3 years from the date of knowledge of the will
Kumar Doab (Expert) 17 January 2017
The authority under whose jurisdiction property falls, might have kept the rules on its website,Or obtain the rules from the authority's office or under RTI.

You may also apply for certified copy of all docs including WILL submitted to transfer the ownership.

Inquire and there might be a procedure to examine the file.
