I think the author requires Judgments as to starting point of limitation in recovery suit whether from the end of loan agreement!!!

In recovery of money lent under agreement suits the starting point of limitation is:
Art 21. For money lent under an agreement that it shall be payable on demand.
Three years
When the loan is made.
Art 22. For money deposited under an agreement that it shall be payable on demanded, including money of a customer in the hands of his banker so payable.
Three years
When the demand is made.
23. For money payable by the defendant to he plaintiff for money received by the defendant, for the plaintiff's use.
Three years
When the money is paid.

Dear All,
Thats like EXPERTS.Anticipate what advice is being sought.Sometimes, the other person/author may not be very clear in expression (like advocates or knowledgeable person). He may be a gullible simpleton but still a needy.Advice may be given anticipating what does he really wish to.If he still desires more,he could be further advised with a view to 'making legal awareness' if we really wish to render LEGAL SERVICE .
Well done,plz keep up.
All regards!
