Limitation act in usufructury mortgage

my father land was mortgaged as usufructuary mortgage at 1970 ,, mortgaged amount only Rs.10000,now this land value in some crores,, the limitation act after 30 years we have no rights to recover this land,, can we sell this land to other person. ?

Who told you the limitation of 30 years after the pronouncement of the latest judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in this regard?

You can get your land evicted even now.
