License for training institute

Hi
i just wanted to know how to get licence for training & development licence to run an institute.
as i am planning to start course on Real estate for the students with job consultancy. so please guide me how to get the licence,

Such licenses differ from state to state, cities to cities.
Better meet the local Municipal Authorities foe details. Licenses would vary if the Institute is Company/Trust or Society.

If want to start an institute providing authorized course you have to get the authority from the university / main Institute.

For other licenses consult local authorities.
