legal notice

my dear seniors,

i would like to know how to issue a legal notice to the state govt. regarding a P.I.L'
so please forward a draft copy of legal notice, for my sake.

before filing any suit against the state notice u/s 80 CPC is must.
but in PIL case no need of notice.

Every civil suit against Government Authority, a statutory legal noitce U/S 80 Civil Procedure Code is required. For PIL there is no need to issue legal notice.

For PIL, U have to issue a notice to the concerned authority about what U want. Make it clear that U will sue them if they fail to act within a specific time.
