We some group of people are effected by an issue and want to file a case, most likely a PIL. We can't afford a lawyer. Is there a way we can get a free lawyer to fight our case in delhi.

You need to move an application supported with duly sworn affidavit before the registrar of high court stating therein brief facts of the proposed petition and further stating your annual income and inability to engage a lawyer praying therein to provide you FREE LEGAL HELP. You need not to pay even a single penny for lawyer and other filing expenses as State shall bear all those expenses as per Free Legal Aid scheme prevalent in all States.

You can get free lawyer from Delhi legal aid cell and thus contact it but PIL must not be frivolous.
