i have rented out my flat
agreement is registered
i issued one month notice to tenet to vacate my flat
he refused to accept notice.
threatened me he will not vacate
and he will move to court
will court entertain him
what should i do

For how much time the flat was rented out as per agreement?

Whether agreement was registered?

What are the terms of cancellation of agreement from each side?

What are the terms and conditions of the rent Agreement? do you both signed in the Agreement? state full facts. as per terms of the agreement the case will depend.
