What will be the jurisdiction for the consumer forum when the agreement for services was done online at noida/ payment was made online from noida and the company is delhi based cause of action arose at delhi.
Can complaint be filed in Noida?

complaint can be filed in delhi that I agree.
But my doubt is that when the business transaction took place in noida then why am I not eligible to file complaint in noida forum.

Complaint should be filed at Delhi as said co.works for gain at delhi.
