If company has head office in delhi & registered office in Gurgaon . Where law suit can be filed against the company delhi or Gurgaon ?

the place where the mind and body of company resides or the place where cause of action has taken place or the place where the contract was concluded or the place where the negotiation took place.

Agree, The place where cause of action took place or the place of agreement.

The suit can be filed at both the places viz. the place where the cause of action accrued and where the respondent resides.
