Judgement not known status of the case file

(Querist) 23 April 2012 This query is : Resolved 
498a after acquittal,the complainant filed in fast track court (session) for appeal against the order , now both sides argument completed post to judgement on 5th of April 2012 & on this day judgement ordered not pronounced,next day bench clerk told it is not ready you come tomorrow, but on next day order case not pronounce nor given date like this keep on going , finally orally submission made to judge saying that case status not known hence judgement not pronounce nor date given, judge replied o.k if it is not ready i will give date, since judge was other matter, next date visited bench clerk replied same like that keep on going for some more days and waiting more than almost 18 days over nor judgement pronounced nor date given. same matter once again reminded to judge o.k called the bench clerk where is the file , replied it is in new your chamber, again replied ok i will see and noted the case number unfortunately again two days visited no solution and next was judge was leave upto today.

You are getting unnecessary anxious.

This is quite common feature in lower courts.
Wait for some time, you will get your judgement soon.

As the judgment has not been pronounced as on day, you should keep on tracking but dont tease the judge again and again for this purpose, Meet only clerek.

Do not have any strange feeling out of this situation.It is common experience.just track on.Ask only bench reader,not the judge.
