RESPECTED SIR,
MY QUESTION IS THAT
1-A WOMEN IS HOUSE WIFE HIS HUSBAND PURCHASE A PROPERTY IN HER NAME?
2-CAN A WOMAN MAKE A OWN "WILL"
3-CAN THIS PROPERTY IS CALLED SELF ACCURIED PROPERTY OF HER?

Yes she can make a Will in favour of any one, it shall be deemed that her husband has gift this property to her, and after gift in her favour she will become absolute owner of that property and she can dispose of it as she deems fit.

Who so ever is recorded as owner in the title deed, may it be a newly born child or a house wife, shall be absolute owner of that property and thus all rights of owner including making a will or gift etc. shall accrue to such owner as the property shall be called as self acquired property.

I differ. The source of fund is most important for buying a property. This can not be treated as a self acquired property. If you prove that the property was acquired from the funds of her husband, she can not make will. The legal heirs of the husband are having right to claim their share.

I completely agree with the views of Mr. R.K.Makkad. The source of funding is immaterial, so long as the property stands in the name of a person that person is the absolute owner of the property, and would be able to dispose it of in any manner that one likes.

sorry sir its not my mistake i write some thing else but shown this by computer .i also confuse that i submit a file the file submited by admin but when we see a file there is no matter file is blank .

respected arun ji ,how can we prove that the fund is paid by his husband .
in other hand if any son purchase a plot for the name of his mother how can we prove that after the death of his mother this plot is buy by the son .
