Intimidation

dear sir
i am in big trouble my brother in law is giving me intimidation for money who is DSP
my husband is NRI
actually BIL(husband) is telling to me i have spent a lot of money on your husband when he was not here so i want all my money back immediately other wise u people will be in big trouble and he has no proof at all and my husband is telling that he never take any help from them actully what happend my husband sent all his tax papers and salary slip for their visa and but unfortunately they dint get the visa after a month they started to threatened us , here i also mention onething that my husband's family is against our marriage it is love marriage
now what to do.......everyday we are receiving calls from them and i m expecting too
plz help me sir plz

file police complaint against your BIL

thanks sir but BIL is already a DSP ....will police register my fir against him.........and my husband is NRi it is also required for him to lodge the fir against BIL in his country and sir i am worried for my parents they are innocent if my BIL harm them by any way then what happen
plz sir help me...........

You have to gather courage, Police officers, known politicians, god-man are facing heat of law. You are already under fear, it would go increasing day by day as pressure from them would increase. Try to record their 10-15 conversations and threats which would be helpful to you.

i have already record their 2-3 threatening conversation but in all conversation he says My MONEY and i also have some eyewitness against them but all 3 are foreigner but they assured me that they can give a written statement to me whatever they seen
just one question Can case be register in my husband country or only in india.
