Inter-caste marriage

Dear Sir,

In the year of 2007 got married,i belongs to SC category & my fiancee comes under MBC segment.Just a month before i came to knew that about GOVT JOBS is available for Inter-Caste marriagers who registered with Employment within 2 years cum necessary papers.
Now my question is can i elegible for TAMILNADU GOVT JOBS under this scheme...,since i am asking this i got married is more than 6 years....

Dear Author,If you are From SC Category you would be Eligible for all the Provisions to that category Irrespective of Whom you had Married Please.Now She is your Wife and Not Fiancee.Your Wife would be Eligible for the Benefits of Inter-Caste Marriage.Approach the Concerned Authorities with all Evidences.

you dont satisfy the requirements laid down . your marriage was solemnised in 2007 ie more than 7 years ago .

whereas according to you registration should have been done with authorities within period of 2 years of marriage

Pl.see the relevant G.O.Ms.No.188 P&AR dated 28-12-1976 wherin provision has been made for appointment to intercast married.
