If complainant make fabricated or false evidence in the case of 420,406

If any complainant make fabricated documents then which procedure/way have to use for perfaction of evidences, Can accused come in trouble due to fabricated documents or any rules for Checking, Pls advise

and after chargesheet can we go for quash charge sheet in the high court??

burden of proof is on complainant to prove genuineness of document .you can cross examine complainant on these documents .

if document has been forged it can be referred to handwriting expert

If any forged document in submitted in the court on oath you can always ask the court to prosecute under relevant provisions by filing a petition u/s 340 crpc.
