Not only this document is sufficient to establish the proof you desire but this can also be used against him for filing a complaint before IT authorities wherein he file a wrong statement and withdrew HRA with his salary falsely and illegally.

"Do ki ladai mein Tisra fave??" IT Dept.

Fight in Court , but do not harm, as both will be injured, and Loose something.

Defend up-to the Law Point.
Why increase Litigation and problems for anyone, especially who loved you, feed you, gave sweet company, for at least few years?

Say Bye Sweetly , not with bitterness. Not with Enmity.

You are the best Judge.

Yes this document is a valuable piece of evidence and a double edged sword for the husband.
So you can use this one as per your convenience either in the court or in his department.

@ Shorff Sir, No he did not feed me. I rather fed him till he was struggling. I told him many times not to use the home for claiming HRA as it is not to be done, and yet he had been doing it in spite of my strict warning that he should not do it at the time when we were in talking terms. Ofcourse, I will not like to harm if he does not press me to do it. Let sleeping dogs not bite....

I don't think you can gain much with this fact, matrimonial home and hired residence can be different. You would be raising just an extraneous issue without much benefit, except to lengthen the arguments from both sides. If your advocate raises that issue, don't think that the defence lawyer would immediately yield on the issue. He may also be having some defence strategies on that issue.

MY ADVICE: Justy include some solid and to the point issues only.

Everything is justified in love and fight and this is a fact that he is making fraud with State exchequer and if this fact is brought to the knowledge by his wife, it shall attach truthfulness and shall invite due action.
