Husband fight with wife

my sis her marrage case was going on since 3 year but in mediation her husband decide toh take her home back . but we had dout on him so we keep our case pending for 1 year if relation is ok then case will automatically will discharge but last night he again started her tourcher and beating her.. As we will reopen the case again but any more suggest what should i doo more ...... case before was for dowry case.
