How to find as to which judge shall i file a recovery suit of Rs, 3,70,000/-????

u can file recovery suit befor the senior division, go to the district court and find out who is sitting as the senior division or if u will ask to any lawyer from that court he will tell u the name.

You can file recovery suit before senior civil judge.It is better to consult with local lawyer.

It is about pecuniary jurisdiction of courts and depends on the local law. In Tamilnadu, suit of claim amount, above one lakh and upto five lakh had to be filed before Civil Judge (Sr.Division) or Sub-judge.
