Ask advocate to withdraw his vakalatnama in

ur cases pending in various courts.
Rajeev Kumar (Expert) 26 March 2012
Simply give the power to another advocate by filing a fresh vakalatnama and he will be inform the court in this regard.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 26 March 2012
Generally Courts require NOC from the previous lawyers so if you are providing a Vakalathnama in favour of a new counsel, et NOC from previous one and submit it before the concerned court.
ajay sethi (Expert) 26 March 2012
court will insist on NOC from previous lawyer . have you cleared his bills . if you have done so then only will he give NOC
Shonee Kapoor (Expert) 26 March 2012
NoC is required from previous lawyer and then file a vakalatnama for the new lawyer.

File VP of new Advocate, after obtaining NOC of your existing Advocate, if in CIVIL COURT Matter. if no NOC, YOU MAY SAY, MY ADV NOT AVAILABLE !! I could not contact.[if so]

In CRIMINAL/ SESSIONS COURT cases, ACCUSED can directly file VP, of another Adv, without obtaining NOC from present Adv. NO NEED OF NOC.
