This query is : Resolved
How long does it take the consumer court to decide and deliver cases where the buyer is wronged by the builder (non-possession, increasing rates, possession delay, etc.)?
It will be excellent if someone can provide an empirical answer - based on the earlier cases. It can be vague as well, say, 2 yrs., or 5, or 6 months, etc. Alternately, I welcome best-case and worst-case scenarios witnessed by you. Thank you.
[UPDATE] I am in Pune, Maharashtra, if that helps.
To rephrase the question,
- what was the fastest resolution time?
- what was the worst resolution time?
