How i can take action against a fraud web designer

Hi ,
I had given Rs 2500 as advance to a webdesigner to make my website which would be dynamic which means i can change the pages anytime but after getting advance he
is not taking interest in making a creative site.Not ready to modify the mistakes.Every time only ask me to pay full amount to launch site.How i can take action against this type of fraud people .

First of all do you have an agreement with the website developer or at least terms and conditions?

How did you pay the amount?

if the agreement was fabricated between you and the webdesigner, tell the terms and conditions.

if you have proof of allegations ,file a consumer complaint.

Yes,you can file a complain case in Consumer Forum, but you should follow Information Technology Act.

The act attracts section 420 IPC so file a criminal complaint against such person.
