How do complainant track the case charge sheet registration status in the court?

Dear Sir/Madam
I am a complainant and filed a criminal case with CID, Andhra Pradesh one year ago. Now IO is saying my case charge sheet submitted to the court in Mar' 2013 itself. But keep saying still she didn't receive the case number from court.

Can I request IO for a receipt copy which proves that IO submitted my chargesheet on so and so date and to so and so court? Should IO disclose the case serial number and court info etc upon complainant's request to track the case registration status with court administration department?

Also as a complainant can I officially request IO to get the chargesheet copy as it's already submitted to the court

If chargesheet is filed, after framing the charges on accused wittness summons will be issued by the court to you. If you want to know the about the filing of chargesheet you can see it in the court records
