Q1 How Much Expense in tread mark registration ?
Q2 How Much time taking ?

Q3 What benefit in future regarding tread mark ?

Please find below response

1) Trademark registration will cost Rs. 7000/- for one class

2) Trademark registration will take about 14 - 18 months.

3) Brand name or logo you register cannot be used by anybody else.
