How can i get the income tax returns of 2002 t0 2004 of my fil?

HOW can i get the income tax returns of 2002 t0 2004 of my FIL?i donot have any his document like pan card no. etc.actually i need it to break their false d.v. case.thanks in advance

I think you have appoint your advocate for D.V. Case and during the examination you have to ask the question to your F.I.L. regarding his Income and also ask whether he is ready to produce I.T.Return before the court as a proof. In this way you have to prove income of your F.I.L.

This can be requested through RTI. If you know the date of birth of your FIL that will help track his PAN number that would be better in filing the RTI.

my FIL is a manager in uco bank.

RTI is to be filed with IT department and not UCO Bank.

Section 11 attracts on such information. Without consent of FIL, PIO can't provide such information. It would be better to request the court for summon. The court could summon, if it deems fit.
