Respected all expert, I deposited as a bond RS. 45000/- in co- op -credit society it is registered under Gujarat co-operative society act. I deposited money on double scheme, five years condition on 1/1/2005. Now my money is double RS. 90000/- but my co-op society is going down and his financial position became weak, society director and manager did not do well manage and all has done misuse of public money and now society has no money to paid his depositor and district registar also invole in this conspiracy. At this stage society is not redy to pay my money. So my question is that. 1. How can i get my money? 2. How can i do criminal complain on all director and manager and on which section of ipc. 3. Which crpc provision can applied on him? 4. Any other way to get my money? Please guide me.

First issue a notice to the society to pay the maturity amount. You can file consumer case against the society. Refuse to refund the amount, amounts to deficiency of service.

You can claim your hardly earned money through legal ways.For giving a complaint to police station no need to put sections.I think you can give a representation the higher authorities of the society and if not getting remedy you can file a writ before High Court.
