RESPECTED SIR / MADAM
I HAVE PURCHASED A NEW HONDA ACTIVA LAST 18.10.2012 AND AFTER TWO MONTH IS ENGINE PROBLEM AND LAST ONE YEAR 5-6 TIME REPAIR THE ENGINE AND EVERY TIME I HAVE PAID SOME MONEY AND 7-10 DAYS AFTER REPAIR THE DELIVERY SO SIR PLEASE GUIDE ME WHAT CAN I DO

complain to company / delaer about defefctive product . it must be covered within warranty . read terms and conditions of purchase . you need not pay for repairs if covered within warranty

Send legal notice and if problem not solved, file complaint in consumer forum. Some of the companies have bad track record in customer satisfaction and these are tactics adopted by them in general to the customers. If the company care for its customer it would solve the problem on legal notice.

nothing more to add based on the existing facts.
We receive a cheque without last name for my bank a/c so can i deposit a cheque in bank for example my bank a/c name SACHIN MITTAL and cheque received for name SACHIN
