for immoveable property you cannot enter into hire purchase agreement .
however you can take loan for purchase of immoveable property and repay loan in equated monthly installments

Adventurous you seem ,i can design one for you unfortunately law does not permit it. However the TPA by its section 53A recognizes it but in a bit different way.
