Help my friend to escape from dowry complaint to be lodged by his wife.

Dear Advocates !
I’m seeking your noble opinion on the following problem.
Fact : My friend got married a girl before 1 year. She suspected my friend and entered in a battle with him daily for the past 6 months. There is no issue(Child) to them. She went to her mother’s house before 5 months.
My friend seeking divorce from her. But, she denied to do so. Whereas, she threatening my friend by stating that she would give a complaint under “Dowry Torture“.
He is helpless right now. Your Excellency , please suggest a remedy to protect his parents and himself from the police if such complaint is lodged, in this matter.

if your wife has left you withinn 5 years of marriage then you should make all efforts for reconcilation .
wait for some time then file petition for restiution of conjugal rights . if inspite of court orders she declines to come back then you can file for divorce .

Don't file RCR.
Try to sort out the issue by sitting across. Though no sure way of getting away from 498-a has been found.

i also view so ,the most dirty act one if can do in matrimonial differences is to file a RCR.

Mutual settlement is the only option at this juncture. If You file RCR, she will backfire with 498A the disastrous act.

Please do not address us a s ' Your Excellency'. It is reserved for President, Governor or the person of Royal origin.
I would advise you to go for divorce. The more you would show helplessness the more agony is waiting for you.
Better be a man and and face the worst.
