we are living in mumbai sub-rb in slum .here 2 owners are fighting in court and we are supporting original owner.as per s.r.a. we are 40% and rest 60% signed with other owner.now we are getting daily problem from other owner to sign and daily he is making fake complaints in police station and police also supporting him.now what we can do , should we go to court. pl. advice.

Giving false complaint to police is also an offence under Secs.182 and 211 of IPC. You can give counter complaint before the same Police. If police is not helping you, you can also move to higher authorities i.e. ACP, DCP, Commissioner of Police etc. You can also file Writ Petition before High Court against the concerned Police authorities for not doing their statutory works and not taking action against the other owner.
