Please find my answers
1.h/f means "henceforth" - which means earlier Mr. Deepu Rai was representing the party and henceforth, which means now onwards, represented by another i.e mr. Sureshkumar
2. We cannot say who is the senior advocate in the matter. but in the present case, the seniority in representation goes to Mr. Rai since he is the first to represent the party and Mr. Suresh came after mr. Rai.
3. Advocate is the one who represents the party in the proceedings and councel is the one who is appointed by the advocate to argue the case. (Counsels are also advocate by profession)

I cannot be agree with Deepak on point no. 3.
An advocate is a person who is included in the list of advocate maintained under the provisions of Advocates Act, 1961 whereas counsel is an advocate who is engaged by either of the parties to a particular case.
It means counsel is a specification over other advocates because he has been engaged by either of the parties in the case.
Rest of reply of Deepak is accurate.

Dear Rajkumar Sir, My answer was on the basis of my practical esperience, as we file Vakalatnama/apearance as advocate representing the clients and appoint Counsels or senior counsels to argue the case, who does not file vakalatnama/appearance, but argue on our behalf.
