Going abroad when 498a and dv .

(Querist) 05 July 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Wife has filed 498a and dv case .Chargesheet has not been submitted in 498a and dv is at interim stage .I need to go abroad for official work for 2 months ,so do I need to take permission or inform the dv court about my travel ?
Also I have changed my address after 498a .do I need to inform this to the IO ?

No prior permission from court is required unless any restriction on this respect is already put in place by the court.

You can go abroad however, inform the IO and your lawyer beforehand.

Until specifically restricted by court to travel abroad, there is no reason to obtain permission, however, you may be in touch with your lawyer about this.
