There is a game based totally on chance OR comes in a category of a betting game .....BUT doesn't involve currency/money ....In-fact involves virtual gaming score/points....Is the game legal ?

Generally all games based on chance are regarded as gambling. Please see the Public Gambling Act, 1867. and Maharashtra Prevention of gambling Act, 1887. a game of chance which does not involve betting of money may not fall within the mischief of the Act.
