Format of rti

I buy a Mahindra bolero car B6 model, but I have doubt they delivered me B4 model, how we have to file RTI to know the truth?

No legal elements are in your query. First try to clear your doubt and if they intentionally did this, file a case in District Consumer Forum.

Mahindra and Mahindra being a private company, is not a "public authority" in terms of Section 2 (h) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, hence provisions of the Act do not apply to the company.
