I buy a Mahindra bolero car B6 model, but I have doubt they delivered me B4 model, how we have to file RTI to know the truth?

Mahindra and Mahindra being a private company, is not a "public authority" in terms of Section 2 (h) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, hence provisions of the Act do not apply to the company.
