I had already return to secretory regarding this four months back and again, I have sent him reminder but he is not giving any response, I doubt that they had not signed M-20 form and even they had signed on development agreement copy. Please advise other option.

complain to deputy registrar cooperative societies that members of managing committee have not executed indemnity bond . repeated letters sent to secretary are not beeing answered . engage a local lawyer
