Filing of itr of aop

last date for filing itr of AOP registered under socities act?
2 Years itr can be filed together?
If members list is also filled in itr?
if there is no share of profit and loss of members then how to fill itr?

Last date for filing ITR is 31st March of the next following year that means for the assessment year 2010-2011 last date is 31.03.2012.
