Respected experts
Our family had done distribution of property by mutual understanding 13 years ago.But we had done that on plain paper which contain sign of all family member and 2 witness also. But now can any one take action or can any one appeal in court for redistribution of property

It is unregistered.........and may get termed at the most MOU.


Get it registered.

Take help of an able lawyer handling property/family/revenue/civil matters.

Unregistered family settlement can be challenged by any one beside this it gives no ownership title.
