False rape allegation

My friend is under trail 363, 366, 376. The case is filed on 29/5/2013. He is physically handicapped. By informant the victim said to be minor with class V certificate DOB 01/01/98, CBSE Class X marksheet DOB 14/7/97. In F.I.R. her age is said 17yrs. My friend has backup of her sent messages sent by her father no., love letters and call recordings. The victim has a sanskrit board high school marksheet DOB 14/8/95 and pancard DOB 01/01/1993.
how should I handle My friends case. please give suggestions that help him to acquit from this false case

If the girl is proved to be below 18 then all set of evidence regarding her consent and her forcing and threatening suicide etc are irrelevant. She is not competent to consent.

Your friends is apparently rightly framed.

By the way has your friend also been allege under Child Marriage Act. If not he is lucky
