can i find a collection of fake court cases in the category of civil and criminal.Is there any macanism in administration of justice to identify or trace such cases?

DEAR Mr.Pradeep Dwivedi!
We can not say a case as a "fake"because ultimately it results in one's favor sailing and facing several stages of courts from trial to supreme court with several reversals of judgement parties loose and gain the favorable verdict,then even parties can not be blamed to be staking a fake claim as in courts it seems to be simply academic exercise,although when a dispute begins one party is always wrong.

respected mr.Shroff & Singh sahab,
requested information is not academic, its just to know the system...before filing a writ. In fact myself and my father is being utilizing to harvest money by framing false police cases. after meeting their demands conspirators (who r also from my family)puts the compromising application with authorities concerned and finally matter is closed. to satisfy their egos and demand they further start some other matter. sufficient amount of information r available in support of this conspiracy.
can i make a request with court/govt. to investigate the whole episode of misusing the law for personal gains?

When any false case is lodged against some one with ulterior motive to extract money,then under law one is not expected to bow down to the demand anticipating harassment but to contest at each and every step and to prove the falsehood of the case,and not that first compromise to illegal demand and then look for a remedy.
When you compromised,how can you say case was fake against you.And unless you contest the present one,how can you prove the motive of other side.
There is no separate mechanism in the system.If some high handedness is going on by police you can complain to Superior authorities.In absence of clear facts nothing more can be said.In my view there can not be a writ that police should not lodge a complaint against you here after by those family members.

Simply, you cannot say that which case is fake and which is not.
Every case which is lost need not be a fake case and every case which is one need not be a genuine case.
Therefore, such an attempt is nothing but sheer wastage of time. you can use this time for some other productive works.

First clarify that.
Defeat in case does not make it a false or fake case.
